Position Overview:

We’re looking for a temporary team member to support operations in our small, mailroom-sized warehouse in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you’ll be working hands-on with VIP concert packages and artist merchandise: items like posters, apparel, and other exclusive merchandise from live events and tours.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on exposure to both customer support and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets for approximately 2 hours per day, focusing on order issues, missing items, and shipping inquiries.
  • Coordinate and process reshipments based on support requests and internal guidelines.
  • Manage incoming returns, including inspecting items and documenting outcomes.
  • Accurately update inventory records after receiving and processing returns.
  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse and customer support team to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain organized records of reshipments, returns, and inventory adjustments.
Assist with picking and packing orders as needed.

Required Skills:
  • Provide clear and professional communication when handling customer inquiries and internal coordination.
  • Ability to manage both digital workflows (support tickets, inventory systems) and physical warehouse tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail when inspecting returns and updating inventory records.
  • Ability to follow processes and internal guidelines for reshipments and returns.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve order-related issues efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively between support and warehouse operations.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
  • Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Gorgias or similar).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Experience handling returns, exchanges, or reshipments.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or a related field.

Details:
  • Employment type: Part Time / Hourly (3-Month Contract).
  • Compensation: $20 hr.
  • Schedule: Flexible within our open hours (8:30 am-4:30 pm on weekdays).
  • Reports to: Director of Commerce & Logistics.
  • Location: Sacramento, CA (this is a warehouse role).

Why This Role Matters:

This role is critical in ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience for customers. By bridging the gap between customer support and warehouse operations, this position helps resolve order issues quickly and accurately. Whether it’s a VIP package from a live show or artist merchandise tied to a special release, this role helps ensure fans receive meaningful items connected to the artists they love.
