Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house team. This is a hands-on, executional role that works closely with the Creative Director to bring brand narratives to life across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
You will play a key role in implementing the creative vision while ensuring timely, high-quality design output. This position is ideal for a designer with strong aesthetic instincts, technical skill, and a collaborative mindset - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative-first environment and is excited to grow under visionary leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Design Execution:
- Produce brand-aligned designs for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, print assets, experiential visuals, and pitch decks.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling design solutions with attention to detail and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
Brand Consistency & Evolution:
- Maintain brand integrity across all design touchpoints.
- Contribute ideas that elevate the brand, align with emerging trends, and push visual boundaries.
- Implement and evolve design systems in collaboration with the Creative Director.
Collaboration & Workflow:
- Partner with the Creative Director to bring high-concept ideas to life through effective visual design.
- Incorporate feedback with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Help optimize workflows for asset management, versioning, and delivery.
Support Systems & Tools:
- Utilize existing tools and templates while contributing to the development of new ones.
- Assist in refining file organization systems, creative processes, and project handoffs.
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in brand design, digital, and print applications.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other industry tools.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience collaborating with creative leads and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Able to take direction and iterate quickly in response to feedback.
- Enthusiastic, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic creative team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in entertainment, music, or live event design.
- Experience with event signage production and artist merchandise of all kinds.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere).
- Familiarity with systems like Frame.io, Notion, or Asana.
