Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator I.
Location: On-site (Warehouse-based; Sacramento only).

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a team member to support operations in our small, mailroom-sized warehouse in Sacramento, CA: think less big-box distribution center, more old-school record label back room. In this role, you’ll be on a 6-person team working hands-on with VIP concert packages and artist merchandise: items like posters, apparel, and other exclusive merchandise from live events and tours.

This role is ideal for someone who is quick, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment: someone who takes pride in getting every order right and enjoys being part of the behind-the-scenes magic that gets artist merchandise into fans' hands.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and release day-to-day customer orders for fulfillment.
Assist with picking, packing, and preparing merchandise advances for client shipments.
Ensure orders and advances are packed accurately and ready to ship on schedule.

Required Skills:

Time management skills to prioritize projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow processes and internal guidelines.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. regularly.
Ability to stand, bend, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a compact, hands-on physical space (no forklift or heavy machinery operation required).

Details:

Employment type: Full-time.
Compensation: $20 hr. + benefits.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Reports to: Director of Commerce & Logistics.
Location: Sacramento, CA (this is a warehouse role).
